Major Cities Accept Credit Card Payment Processing

Many city offices in Torrington City will now have the ability to accept credit card payment processing. Departments such as the police department, the courts/clerk, and engineering services will have the ability to accept major credit cards. While they will be accepting the four major cards, MasterCard, American Express, Visa, and Discover, customers who use this method of payment for their transaction will have to pay a three percent processing fee.
